Meet Jackie

Hi! I’m Jackie, the founder of Flourish With Jackie. With over 25 years of experience as a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Gray Institute, and The Biomechanics Method, I am passionate about empowering women to achieve their best health.

The Journey That Shaped My Approach to Health

My journey began in Southern California, where I competed in tennis and embraced various physical activities, including weight training, trail running, road and mountain biking, hiking, and equestrian sports. These experiences shaped my understanding of movement and the body, especially as I faced injuries and setbacks that taught me valuable lessons about care and resilience.


I later moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I worked with private clients before joining Skylonda Lodge, a luxury health and fitness retreat. There, I refined my skills as a master fitness and wellness specialist, collaborating with a diverse team of health professionals. This experience inspired me to develop a holistic approach to fitness in my private practice, offering services such as personal training, corrective exercise, sports nutrition, VO2 and RMR metabolic testing, cardiorespiratory conditioning, and lifestyle coaching, all with a focus on women’s health.

Restoring Movement for Women

Understanding the unique challenges women face, especially as they approach their 50s and 60s, led me to specialize in Corrective Exercise. I focus on restoring movement and postural alignment to alleviate pain and enhance longevity. My passion for continuous learning and understanding the mind-body connection drives my approach to health and fitness.

Fitness Solutions for First Responders

In addition to my private practice, I have had the honor of serving as the wellness director for local fire districts, helping first responders maintain peak physical condition in demanding environments. My team and I provided fitness assessments, nutrition programs, exercise conditioning, and injury prevention strategies tailored to their unique occupational needs.

Helping Women Flourish

Today, I’m excited to share my expertise through convenient virtual exercise programs, lifestyle tips, women’s wellness, and products designed for healthy, long-lasting lives. I live in beautiful Woodside, California, surrounded by the tranquility of magnificent redwoods and trails for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. I cherish spending quality time with my husband, building my business, nurturing creativity, and enjoying the outdoors, healthy cooking, and staying updated on the latest science in health and fitness.
